Pushbullet messenger has launched a new functionality. This messaging app that has recently added an option of chatting from a PC has now repeated this update for Android-based tablets.
The developers explained the implementation of the new option by the fact of its enormous popularity among PC users.
Sending messages from a tablet is very simple. To begin with, you need to have Pushbullet installed on your mobile device with the sms-synchronization activated. Once you enable the synchronization, just select SMS in your main menu on your Android tablet. Then go ahead and test the new option.
Text messages sent from a tablet will be duplicated to your smartphone before being sent. Therefore, your recipient will not know which device they were sent from.
Owners of two or more smartphones can choose a device to message from. They can do it using a selector located at the top of the screen.
Meanwhile, you can run the new version of Pushbullet for free. Hurry up if you indeed want to try out this updated app, because as of December 1 you will be only need a pro-account to access it.
