HipChat introduces Standup Bot
Messenger HipChat, which is making great efforts to become a very useful tool for single-project teams, has introduced a new option – Standup Bot. Developers presented the innovation as a friend to teams that are working remotely by an agile methodology.
Standup Bot features
If a team member is not in the office, or he/she took a sick leave or is working from home, the new bot is there to help him/her. Bot functions are very simple: it records everything that happened in the chat for the “master” absence period, and then, on request, provides all this information in a comfortable ergonomic form.
