Skype’s rolls out ver. 5.10 for Android
Skype developers presented a new version of its product for Android devices. Skype’s new version is 5.10 and it can boast about several innovations aimed not so much on the functionality of the program, but on user convenience.
Ringtone personalization
Now users can set different ringtones for separate users by using the music tracks in the device gallery. To do this you need to go to the dialog window and press the button in the bottom right corner, select Ringtone options, and then – Set custom ringtone.
Forwarding chat photos
Now users can share images from chats with other Skype contacts without having to save the files to a computer or a mobile device. To do this you need to press and hold the image, and the Forward photo option should appear in no time.
In addition, the project’s team claims that multiple small bugs from the “to-do” list have been fixed, group chat icon color can also be changed, allowing us to distinguish between chats more clearly.
