Tinder is now on Apple Watch and Android Wear
If you are a regular Tinder user and reckon that swiping left or right is too much hassle, we have some great news for you. Now you don’t even have to swipe – just buy an Apple Watch. An Android Wear will do as well. After you buy either device, you can then install Tinder the dating app and then – just follow your heart. Well, your heartbeat to be exact.
Tinder feature “hot-or-not”
T3 digital agency has taken advantage of Apple Watch software development kit to make a new app. It ranks photos based on your heartbeat. If you a see a photo and your heart starts beating faster, the app marks the photo as a match. If your heartbeat remains the same, the photo is dismissed. This is the major feature of Tinder and is called “hot-or-not”. Cool, isn’t it?
A similar idea is implemented in reality shows where a polygraph is used. The addition to the messaging app is called Hands-Free Tinder and it soon will be available on the App Store and Google Play.
However, US journalists are already suggesting that this feature should be made a separate app. They say it needs be given a separate name and go to the market as a single product.
