STAND UP TO BULLYING WITH KIK

The Kik messenger team has joined the Ad Council in a partnership to prevent bullying among teenagers.

Away with cruelty and mocking! Bullying is getting to be frequent and habitual, and so the Kik team would not rather stand aloof. Around 90% teenagers from 12 to 17 years old have witnessed bullying in social networks; however, they did not respond to it in any way.

STAND UP TO BULLYING WITH KIK

The Advertisement Council of the US decided to stand up to it and launch a large-scale I Am A Witness campaign along with Kik. The messenger will be the event’s digital partner.
Kik users can send share stickers in the shape of an eye, which will stimulate teenagers to support victims of bullying.

The authors of the social campaign hope that it will help put an end to the silent negligence, encourage teenagers to report bullying and maybe even help to prevent it.
Kik users that have ever experienced bullying can turn to the support service and share their problem. Do not be indifferent!STAND UP TO BULLYING WITH KIK
