The other day, Microsoft pleased its users by rolling out Skype updates for several platforms at once: Android, Windows and Windows Phone.
And if the new 2.30.0.2 version for Windows Phone and version 7.15 for Windows cannot boast any specific updates, the list of new features for Android cannot but make you feel high.
One of the new options for the Android 6.11 version is saving video messages. To try this new feature, you can just select “Save to Gallery” when pressing on the video. The latest version also gives you an improved way to manage your correspondence. Group chats, for example, now let you share images with all the users and let you forward files to groups or single users. Long-press on a chat in the Recent tab to bring up a toolbar, which will let you delete messages or mark them as ‘read’ and disable notifications.
Besides, the Skype search option has also been improved – from now on, you can search for contacts not only by the contact name or his/her username but also by the messages in the conversation history.
