Creators of Pypestream messaging app decided to prevent the further increase in the number of disappointed and unanswered customers.
The messenger was created around the idea that users need to have an easy means of contacting different business representatives.
Pypestream offers companies tools to establish communication with consumers. Business executives or company representatives can add different channels (pipes) to their account. Each pipe represents a different aspect of business relations. For example, one pipe is created for customer support, another – for sales, third – for returns, forth – for company news and so on.
If you as a customer have a question, you can go to the respective pipe and message the business owner. If you choose to you can leave the field open and receive different company news.
All incoming messages are replied to either by bots or, if you’re lucky, company employees. Pypestream also features automatic replies. Company reps believe that this way is more convenient for customers than talking to an automated answering machine.
The new platform wants to connect the salesperson with the customer, thus narrowing the gap between the two. The messaging app is currently in the beta-testing stage.
